International Management Services (IMS) was established in 1985 as a financial services and tax consultancy firm. Today, we are involved in creating business solutions for our international client portfolio which range from medium sized enterprises to large corporations including quoted companies. IMS creates solutions, structures and transactions for our clients. We operate in the corporate services, aviation, maritime, yachting registration and leasing, as well as investment and pension funds administration.
