The fusion of which has culminated in the development of UTU - a virtual token which at once creates and enables a new ecosystem which aims to deliver state of the art solutions for counterparties interested in the precious metals universe. Most recently our founders'​ expertise was applied to initiate, design and successfully deliver the first European voluntary transparency regime for the global precious metals market on behalf of the London Bullion Market Association, authorised by the Bank of England with oversight from the UK FCA. One of our co founders, Patrick L Young in many ways codified the future when he wrote the first fintech bestseller “Capital Market Revolution!” (FT Prentice Hall 1999) a decade before the word “fintech” was even adopted, he has been a pioneer in prediction and other markets as well as becoming one of the World’s leading independent authorities in exchanges and financial market structure.
