Notwithstanding this, Island Properties generated enough capital to fund its own projects and now is considered to be an established local property company. In order to address the hectic Maltese property market, Island Properties began offering room rental services in which clients are provided with modern and centrally located rooms, in shared apartments, at competitive prices. Island Properties always strived to offer its clientele the best possible service. Now, with the addition of the hospitality services, it is better positioned to assist further than ever before; while always ensuring that a high level of service at any given time.
