Reciprocal is an animation studio based in Malta that specialises in the development and publication of 2D productions. We are made up of a varied team of professionals hailing from different segments of the creative industry. The team is brought together by a shared vision to conceptualise and produce new intellectual properties and have fun doing so. Reciprocal’s first large production was "Għidli Storja", This kind of work was quickly warmed up to and Reciprocal followed through to the production of the hit series Storja Animalta. This project, a historical docufiction cartoon series was aired on local television. Storja Animalta garnered local acclaim and won the Award for Intellectual Property (Ministry for the Economy Investment and Small Business) and Medal for Creativity (World Intellectual Property Organisation). Reciprocal is currently working on its newest project, "Temi - Temi Zammit u d-Deni Iriq", that will hit the airwaves in September 2020.
