In the simplest terms, what can be said about us is that we’re a Mediterranean restaurant located in Mellieha. We’re not sure that’s coincidence so much as it is fate! Mellieha’s name derives from the Arabic word for salt - a cornerstone of any dining experience, and any chef’s favourite seasoning. This, coupled with Mellieha’s rich and resonant history, makes it the perfect home for our restaurant - perhaps even on par with Italy! Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine doesn’t mean we’re one-dimensional. We happily offer the whole spectrum of good dining, which we can pair with a vast array of the best wines and other beverages. Our dining operation at Tosca Restaurant is headed by our chef - Jean Paul!
