The company began operations with the purchase of a RE/MAX franchise in 2007 and is specialised in residential property sales in the central region of the island of Malta. Going from strength to strength today the company boasts of being affiliated to the top performing real estate agents in the region. To augment the performance of these professionals the company in 2011 embarked on the creation of an in house marketing team. This team works relentlessly in the creation of superior marketing tools which have resulted in an over supply of buyer and seller leads. With this in mind in 2012 a second franchise was purchased in Attard and Colin Micallef was appointed branch manager. At the same time a need was felt for a similar appointment in our now established Birkirkara branch and Miriam Camilleri was entrusted with the task. The company is managed by James Busuttil who is an accredited trainer for Richard Robbins Masters Edge and Tom Ferry's Sales Power, RE/MAX Succeed and Your RE/MAX Career, all powerful real estate training programs. With a solid structure in place the marketing and management teams continue to support and enhance the affiliated agents performance creating higher earnings.
